4. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices may vary based on menu selection, guest count, and event requirements.
  • Full or partial advance payment may be required to confirm bookings.
  • Remaining balance (if any) must be paid before or on the event date.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
  • No refund will be applicable once food preparation has started.
  • Advance payments may be non-refundable as per policy terms.

6. Delivery & Pickup

  • Delivery and pickup terms are governed by our Shipping & Pickup Policy.
  • Customers must ensure proper access to the venue and timely coordination.
  • Delays caused by customer unavailability or incorrect details will not be our responsibility.

7. Food Quality & Safety

  • We maintain hygiene and quality standards as per industry practices.
  • Taste preferences are subjective; hence minor variations in taste, color, or presentation shall not be considered defects.
  • Once food is delivered or served, responsibility for consumption and storage shifts to the customer.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate event and delivery details
  • Ensure timely payment
  • Maintain discipline and safety at the event venue
  • Obtain any required permissions for food service at the venue

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Babu Caterers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the service.
  • We are not responsible for issues arising from third-party services or venue restrictions.

10. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government regulations, pandemics, or transportation disruptions.

11. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Babu Caterers.
  • Unauthorized use, copying, or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
